Though we are a retail shop,  we would be pleased to help you if we can with  any items that you require. We suggest however that you contact us first to see if we are able meet requirements.

We will contact you within 24 hrs, subject to weekends and holidays, and let you know if we can meet your requirements.  If we can, will ask you  your confirm your requirements by completing an  "Order Form". Only when this has been received will we process your order.

All orders received are subject to to our Terms & Conditions.  Please ensure that you read our "Conditions" of Sale before proceeding with an order.

Sizing children's clothes and shoes is not easy, so we have produced a "Sizing" guide to help. 

Delivery to mainland Britain, the Isles of Man and Wight is free for orders of a total value of £100 or more.  Orders to the same locations with a total value of less  than £100 are subject to a delivery charge of £3.95 irrespective of the number of items ordered.

For delivery elsewhere a charge will be made irrespective of the order value. Please complete the "Enquiry form" with details of your requirements, delivery address and contact details so that we can advise you of the delivery charge and arrangements.

We accept most major credit and debit cards.  We will ask you for your details by telephone once we have received your order confirmation. Please do not provide details of your Credit/Charge Cards via the internet until secure arrangements have been put in place. Your card will not be be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.
