We accept most major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.  We will ask you for your details by telephone until secure arrangements have been put in place. Your card will not be be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.

No goods will be dispatched without a valid credit or debit card number, together with issue and security number when required. 

All prices quoted are in pound sterling and inclusive of VAT, though most children's clothing is exempt in the UK. All prices exclude any delivery charges applicable.

You will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit/debit company will charge you in your currency as appropriate.

For customers and deliveries outside the EU VAT will be deducted.

All transactions will be deemed to have occurred within the United Kingdom and  any local taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.

All items are thoroughly  inspected prior to dispatch.  If a fault occurs within 30 days of delivery  ( normal wear and tear excepted) you may return the item to us, together with Receipt and Returns Note, for a full refund, or we will be happy to exchange it for another item.  Items found to damaged as the result of customer abuse cannot be replaced or refunded.

JJ's is committed to providing you with total satisfaction.  All items purchased from JJ's and returned, at your expense, within 14 days of delivery, in their original, unused and undamaged condition together with labels still attached and/or in the original packaging where appropriate, together with the Receipt and Returns Note, will be accepted for full credit, exchange or refund as you choose.

We regret that JJ's cannot accept responsibility for misdirected or lost returns. We strongly advise you for your own protection to return goods by first class registered post.

No information that you provide to JJ's will be passed to any third party.

If you email comments to JJ's, we may wish to use them for editorial purposes or in advertising or marketing material unless you have expressly asked us not to.

JJ's is subject to the Data Protection Act.

None  of the above affects your statutory rights as a customer.
